A passionate real estate development strategist, Charles’
professional experience began in 1997 when he started a small
residential design business.  Charles has accrued vast
knowledge and experience in real estate development, land
planning and design, market analysis, commercial real estate
finance and sustainability, but remains especially enthusiastic
about infill redevelopment, transit-oriented development and
affordable housing.

With his multi-faceted and hard-earned practical knowledge and
experience, Charles has led large, multi-disciplinary teams
through both the pre-development and development activities for
over two million square feet of retail and multifamily space,
stretching across the U.S.

●  Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from Clemson
●  Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture from Ohio State
●  Member of the Urban Land Institute; International Council of
Shopping Centers; U.S. Green Building Council
●  Past and present volunteer on multiple committees in support
of affordable housing production and economic development
endeavors through public/private partnerships
